Equipment Rental Agreement
1. EQUIPMENT FOR RENT.
PlayField shall rent the equipment to the Renter whom must adhere to the terms and conditions within this Agreement.
2. PAYMENT TERMS.
The rental fee is based on a rate per the day, plus any additional fees incurred. Additional charges shall be added in the event where the equipment is damaged, missing any parts, or returned later than DATE AND TIME. All charges shall commence from the Effective Date of the order. Renter shall pay to the PlayField an additional service charge per day for each day the equipment has not been returned, in addition to the daily rental fee.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT.
In addition to the rental fee, the Renter shall pay a 50% security deposit prior to receiving any equipment and at the time of the order. This deposit shall be returned to the Renter upon return of equipment, subject to the option of the PlayField to apply it against any charges or damages incurred. Any amounts refundable to the Renter shall be paid at the time the Equipment is returned.
4. CARE AND OPERATION.
The equipment may only be used and operated as intended in a careful and proper manner. Its use must comply with all rules relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the equipment.
Rental Info.
- Rental Period: The rental period is dependent on the client needs and can be customized as needed. However, the following rental period options have been pre-arranged, if convenient:
- Weedays ( 8am – 6pm ; can be picked up or delivered the evening before)
- Weekend (6am – 6pm)
- Rental Fees: Rental fees are charged based on the type of game and the rental period as indicated below
- Late Fees: Late fees are intended to ensure the games are returned before or at the agreed return time. For every hour of delayed return, a 5% charge is applied to the rental price, as indicated below

- Damage Fees: Damage fees are charged to prevent damage and encourage proper care of the games. Damage fees are dependent on the game and will include the following:
- Deposit: A provisional 50% deposit is needed to check out any games. The final deposit amount will be determined by the renting assistant. For every game that is rented, the client must show evidence of identification.
